Pink Parcel- September 2017 Review

About the box
Pink Parcel is a monthly box that sends you your period essentials (pads & tampons, or just one of either, depending on your preferences), as well as a pretty generous selection of cheery uppy stuff, like snacks, beauty items and lifestyle bits.

Your first box is £6.99 and after that it is £10.50 a month (incl P&P)

What I got

Ciate London Nail Polish in Raspberry Collins

The first item in the box this month I was a bit blah about at first but I kinda warmed to it after sitting with it for a while- it's the Ciate London Nail Polish (full size, 13.5ml, £9.00) and I got the shade Raspberry Collins which is a proper pinky pink. Other shades that went out this month are Dangerous Affair, Boudoir, and Mistress. They're big, full sized pots with a fairly good sized brush as well so could be good for both finger and toenail application.

Stylondon Oval Face Brush

Stylondon Oval Face Brush Close Up

This is the item that made me go 'OOOH' this month- the full sized Stylondon Oval Face Brush (£7.99). I have wanted to try one of these oval 'toothbrush' style makeup brushes for so long and as usual Pink Parcel have made my wish come true! The bristles on these brushes are meant to be better at picking up product, and the handle is good for exerting the correct pressure for applying the makeup. I can't wait to try it.

Skimono Foot Mask

This is an intriguing pick, as I've never heard of this brand before and it's quite unique in it's packaging design. The Skimono Foot Mask (full size, £9.99), is basically like a sheet mask but it's in the form of serum infused booties for your feet. Containing shea butter, olive oil, tea tree and chamomile, they are meant to soften and nourish. I have properly hard skin on my feet as I always walk around without shoes on outside (I'm a bit odd) so these will be fun to try.

Laritzy Lip Pencil in Deep Orchid

Oh no, another lip pencil! This Laritzy Cosmetics Lip Pencil (full size, $18.00) is one I've never heard of before, but the shade is really unique and pretty (I got shade Deep Orchid, but they also sent out Beau and Bare). The brand, which comes from Montreal, is cruelty free and vegan friendly!

Sebamed Feminine Intimate Wash

This is very Pink Parcel appropriate- Sebamed Feminine Intimate Wash (sample size, 20ml, 79p) is a body wash specifically designed for your lady bits. It is organic, soap free and keeps the pH of your downstairs area nice and balanced. Sounds good to me, although I'd like to try a bit more of it than this!

Bakedin Chocolate Brownie Mug Mix

The London Tea Company Peach & Rhubarb Tea

The snacky items this week are The London Tea Company Peach & Rhubarb Tea Bag, as well as this amazingly yummy looking Bakedin Chocolate Brownie Mug Mix. I can't wait to sit down with a brownie in a mug!

Final thoughts
As always, Pink Parcel has served up a full to bursting box, with a huge selection of sanitary products, as well as a lovely box of beauty and snacky goodies. I really cannot fault Pink Parcel, and would recommend them to anyone!
