Anonymous Jewellery Subscription- June 2017 Review

About the box
Anonymous Jewellery is a website that sells pretty, up to date and fashionable jewellery that follows the trends, and also offers a monthly subscription box. What I like about it is that it doesn't auto recur every month, so if you don't have enough one month you won't get caught out. You can buy a one, two or three month subscription up front, and every time you've used it up you can decide whether to buy again. You can also decide on the size of your box, and specify your age and whether you prefer gold or silver coloured jewellery.

2 pieces of jewellery box: £10.90/month, inc. P&P
3 pieces of jewellery box: £13.50/month, inc. P&P
4 pieces of jewellery box: £16.50/month, inc. P&P

Shipping is free worldwide.

What I got

I was a bit nervous about trying this subscription, but when I saw a 20% off coupon on their Instagram I went for it and I am pleasantly surprised. I went with the 3 piece box, which came in a slim box and jiffy bag which fitted easily through my letterbox.

The first piece is my favourite and I liked it so much I took about four photos of it! It is a silver coloured chain, two layers of which go round your neck like a choker with stars on, and a longer layer which has a rose quartz style bit hanging down. It's so delicate and pretty, I really love it and I will get so much wear out of this for sure.

Next is this faux leather cord choker with turqouise pieces hanging, it actually is a really long piece of cord that you have to wind round your neck and tie yourself. I found this kind of tricky but I think I have practice enough times I will probably get the hang of it. This is less my style and I have less items of clothing this will go with but it's definitely going to get some wear- I think I will wear it more on summery days than anything.

Finally were these lovely earrings- I tried to get a photo of myself wearing them but I didn't realise until I tried how ridiculously hard it is to take a photo of your own ear on your own. These are what I think are called jacket earrings- there are two halfs, the hoopy side goes at the back and the pearl goes at the front. They look lovely on- very girly and delicate but quite different as well.

Final thoughts

I really love this box and enjoyed opening it up and finding out what was inside- the element of surprise definitely adds to the enjoyment I think! The pink quartz style necklace was definitely my favourite and I will end up wearing it endlessly I think. One thing I will say is that this is costume jewellery so if you're more of a sterling silver/real gold sort of girl this box is not for you. But for everyone else, this is amazing value and the fun of getting it posted to you every month (or as often as you'd like) is really cool.
